| Ben Gets First Place |
Dear Megan,
On behalf of the RI Office of Energy Resources, I would like to first congratulate your son on his 1st Place Award in the Student Poster Contest , and thank you for attending the awards ceremony. and that is Ben's good friend Isabel who took second place-- must be some good programs at Sacred Heart School to get 2 out of the 3 top spots in the state.
