How to change a flat tire



Ben shows how to change a flat tire using the thumbs only method for reinstallation.  This assures that you do not pinch the tube when you put it all back together.

    Wow, Ben. This is a great instructional video! Methodical, and clear. I learned a great tip -- to align the valve stem to the tire pressure label. It's so simple, but amazingly helpful. Great job!
